Are you ready to your new journey for 2019?

The New Year is full of promise. Most people could recognize the following phrases:

โ€œThis is the year Iโ€™m eventually going to write down my novel.โ€
โ€œThis is the year Iโ€™ll stop smoking.โ€
โ€œThis is the year Iโ€™m going to get into the high-quality form of my life.โ€
โ€œThis is the year Iโ€™m getting prepared.โ€

” This is the year I’m getting sexy!”

Whatever your New Year Resolution may be for 2019 you need to think and decide what do you want and priority in life this new year.

You need to clear you mind and set your GOAL.

Like me, what I want to do this 2019 is to help my family, achieve 100 blog post, get the highest rank on my network marketing business, get more clients on my digital agency and help my team.
I just celebrate my new year in the province with my family.

Then I came back to Manila and to set the plan what are things that I want to achieve this 2019.

What I did was I pray and I wrote my plan and my goals on my journal and watch motivational videos.

Whatever our New Year Resolutions for 2019, We need to be consistent on our action plan.

Here are the things we can consider to achieve them.

  1. Be grateful always

Weโ€™re told in 1 Thessalonians 5:18 to give thanks in everything.

Here are the things to be grateful for in our lives:

  • To our Almighty God – He give us the faith,love and hope every single day.
  • Our parents โ€“ for giving birth to you. Because if there is no them, there will not be you.
  • Our family โ€“ for being your closest kin in the world.
  • Our friends โ€“ for being your companions in life.
  • Lifeโ€™s challenges โ€“ for helping you grow and become who you are.
  • Life โ€“ for giving you the chance to experience all that youโ€™re experiencing, and will be experiencing in time to come.

And last but not leastโ€ฆ.
You. ๐Ÿ˜

For being who you are and touching the world with your presence.

2. Stop Procrastinating

Anything that you need to attain in life it require that you tolerate some pain. For example, if you need to run a marathon, youโ€™ll want to rise up early every morning to head for a runโ€“or do a little energy schoolingโ€“, even if youโ€™re worn-out and might as a substitute stay in bed.

3. Be More Productive

Many people have a list of ambitious projects they plan to complete, such as the following:

Write a bestselling novel
Run a marathon
Start a blog and build it up to 10,000 subscribers
Invest a large amount of money and live off the interest
Donate a million dollars to charity

4. Make Better Use of Your Time

You only get 24 hours every day, and while there are plenty of ways to wring more out of the time you have, there isnโ€™t a way to get more of the stuff. You need to structure your free time and keep a time diary to see what you’re doing wrong or need to improve.

5.Keep a Journal

Writing, especially self-exploratory writing done on a regular basis, has been linked to emotional well-being and a strong sense of self-knowledge and self-trust.
I started using journal when I started to watch the video of Super Jim Kwik on Mindvalley. I learn a lot like Morning Habits of Successful People.

6. Get Richer

Learning how to generate more income, or having multiple income streams and investment so that you can enjoy the lifestyle!

7. Have Fun and Adventures

When everyday life is getting you down, itโ€™s time for an adventure!

8. Be Happy

You can choose to be happy, they say. Be yourself and enjoy life to the fullest

9. Be a Better Person

Becoming a better person doesn’t happen overnight, but it is possible. Believe in yourself and know that it is possible!

10. Build New Habits

The legendary Jim Rohn once said, โ€œSuccess is a few simple disciplines practiced every day.โ€ That is, success depends on adopting the habits that will allow us to achieve our goals.

Some of those behavior may additionally consist of the following:

Becoming an early riser;
Exercising on a ordinary basis;
Saving 10% of each paycheck;
Eating a live frog first factor every morning (finishing an critical challenge which you dread); and so forth.

Look forward and start living your best life in 2019 by setting New Years Resolutions and creating a plan to achieve them.

Remember that your thoughts create your reality. ๐Ÿ˜‰
